BACKGROUND

Blinkbox from Tesco was a video on demand streaming platform. They were Bold, loud and saw themselves as the saviours from the mundane.

When the tone of voice was set by the atl team, nobody had explored it in long form. i developed the tov across all weekly blinkbox emails and beyond.

we wanted to make sure the tone of voice went across all of blinkbox’s copy, even the boring bits - like T&Cs.
